Riverview Realty Partners (the "Company" or "Riverview") is a Chicago- based, self-administered and self-managed real estate investment company.   The current management of Riverview is an award-winning team that has been working together for over 20 years and has a history of successfully acquiring, financing, developing, redeveloping, leasing, refinancing and selling mid-size and large office properties. The Company has leased and managed most of its properties, and also has overseen the leasing, asset and property management of various other properties for affiliates. Examples of the properties that the management team has successfully redeveloped, leased, refinanced and sold over the years include:

AMA Plaza (formerly One IBM Plaza): A 52-story, Class A tower located at 330 N. Wabash Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, consisting of approximately 1,500,000 rentable square feet ("rsf") of office and luxury hotel space and an adjacent 902 space parking facility. AMA Plaza was redeveloped with Five Mile Capital Partners commencing in February 2011 and sold in September 2016.

411 E. Wisconsin Avenue: A 30-story, approximately 694,000 rsf Class A office tower encompassing more than a full city block, with ancillary retail and two adjacent parking garages having approximately 1,402 spaces, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and acquired in May 2014, redeveloped and sold in June 2017.

Park Center Plaza and Corporate Plaza: A portfolio of five Class A suburban office buildings in Independence (Cleveland), Ohio consisting of approximately 649,000 rsf of office space, and acquired in December 2013. Both properties were redeveloped and Park Center Plaza was sold in January 2017 and Corporate Plaza was sold in December 2017.

77 West Wacker Drive (formerly The United Building): A 51-story, approximately 960,000 rsf Class A CBD office tower located in Chicago, Illinois.

Citadel Center: A 37-story, approximately 1,500,000 rsf Class A office tower, with ancillary retail and public parking, located at 131 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois.

In addition, the management team has also redeveloped and handled the asset and property management of other properties for its affiliates and third parties, including a 33-story 622,000 rsf Class A office tower, with three adjacent parking facilities, located at 100 Peachtree Street in Atlanta, Georgia, and an approximately 440,000 rsf office building located at 3000 Post Oak Boulevard in Houston, Texas.
